Integrity

Integrity is defined as ‘the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles.’ This is a big one and certainly the most important. As Founder I have always held this as a personal value that I’ve tried to live by throughout my life. In the work that we do this is about supporting each and every client through whatever transition they are trying to make in their career and profession. We’re straight talking when it comes to engaging in a dialogue that will help you move forward towards the goal(s) that you want to achieve while doing the right thing as it is important in your values set.

Audacity

In this sense we’re unapologetic about asking challenging questions and pushing you out of your comfort zone to see you achieve the true greatness you deserve. Our belief is that each and every person we encounter has the ability to do great things but sometimes due to low self esteem or personal belief this is often a blocker that gets in the way of progress. This is probably not a value that you might expect from a company in this space but we wear it as a badge of honour as we work with you to build your confidence and help you navigate your future career progression to a place you are truly proud of.

Compassion

Yes, we’re in the career progression coaching, mentoring and advising business…but even before that we are in the ‘people’ business which means that we have each clients best interests at heart. We like to demonstrate a genuine care and empathy for each client we work with and compassion is one of the key human traits that allows us to connect with each other on a much deeper level. As Senior Leaders at the top of their organisations our clients are often exposed to high levels of stress and even burn out given an ever increasingly busy and fast paced business environment they are working in. We understand this and go the extra mile to ensure that clients get the support they need to not just get on with the job at hand but to thrive in it!
