How is it delivered?

3 Hats usually recommends either a 6 month or 12 month programme to support long term sustainable behaviour change although we appreciate that there are occasions where you’re not quite ready to commit in the longer term as you’re unsure of the road map ahead.

The career review coaching session is delivered in 90 minutes either online or in person (prices may vary). The agenda is set by you in terms of the areas you’d like to explore as you seek clarity on forming a plan to move forward more positively and confidently. It is the perfect way to seek the support of a highly qualified, accredited and experienced executive career coach to explore your past, present and future aspirations.

What will the programme deliver?

By the end of the session you will have greater clarity regarding your career roadmap and a 1-page action plan, cocreated by you and your coach, which captures your goals, learning points and actions you’re going to take as a result of the session.
