How is it delivered?

This programme is delivered either online or in person (prices may vary) over a series of 6 x 1 hour executive coaching sessions within a 6 weeks period, with one of our 3 Hats career coaching team.

The Thomas psychometric Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) assessment provides deep insight into your behaviours in a work context and gets underneath the surface in terms of how you like to work and how this might change when you come under pressure. The Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (TEIQ) builds on PPA by providing further rich insight in terms of your emotional intelligence in relation to the general population. This helps you to understand how you can have more influence in the board context.

What will the programme deliver?

The 3 Hats team have worked with over 1000+ senior leaders and board members who have been in a similar position. During the sessions, with your selected coach, you will have the opportunity to carefully reflect and gain greater awareness and understanding of the reasons behind your ability to positively influence change in the boardroom.

  3. Understanding your strengths and areas of development guided by Thomas International psychometrics

This programme can be delivered over a timeframe of 6 weeks.

What is the outcome of the programme?

By completing this programme, you will be able to increase your effectiveness in the board room which will make you feel more confident and assured in your role. You will also have a tailored 1-page action plan which is cocreated with your coach and will enable you to stay focused on achieving your goal of increased influence in the boardroom whatever stage you are at.
