3Hats… was established and founded by Simon Bergenroth, a highly accomplished, qualified, accredited and experienced Executive Coach.

Our aim is to help busy professionals maximise their career ambitions and opportunities while always keeping our clients in the driving seat of their decisions. We wear one of 3Hats… – either as executive coach, mentor or advisor but always tailored to your individual needs.

We specialise in enhancing careers of senior executives and board directors to aid and support career transition to new roles, new organisations or portfolio careers.

Integrity is defined as ‘the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles.’ This is 3 Hats’ first and most important value. Our Founder has always held this as a personal value that he has lived by throughout his life and career. In the work that we do this is about supporting each client through whatever transition they are making in their career. We’re straight talking when it comes to engaging in a dialogue that will help you move forward towards the goal that you want to achieve while doing the right thing as it is important in your values set.

In this sense we’re unapologetic about asking challenging questions and pushing clients out of their comfort zone to see them achieve the true greatness they deserve. Our belief is that each and every person we encounter has the ability to achieve great things but sometimes, because of low self-esteem or personal belief, this is often a blocker that gets in the way of progress. This is probably not a value that you might expect from a company in the career coaching space but we wear it as a badge of honour as we work with you to build your confidence and help you navigate your future career progression to a place you can be truly proud of.

Yes, we’re in the career progression coaching, mentoring and advising business…but even before that we are in the ‘people’ business which means that we have each client’s best interests at heart. We demonstrate a genuine care and empathy for each client we work with and compassion is one of the key human traits that allows us to connect with each other on a much deeper level. As Senior Leaders at the top of their organisations our clients are often exposed to high levels of stress and even burn out given an ever increasingly busy and fast paced dynamic business environment they work in.
