3Hats… was established and founded by Simon Bergenroth, a highly accomplished, qualified, accredited and experienced Executive Coach.

Our aim is to help busy professionals maximise their career ambitions and opportunities while always keeping our clients in the driving seat of their decisions. We wear one of 3Hats… – either as executive coach, mentor or advisor but always tailored to your individual needs.

We specialise in enhancing careers of senior executives and board directors to aid and support career transition to new roles, new organisations or portfolio careers.

The 3Hats… team have worked with over 2,500+ C-Suite Executives – having worked with individuals, teams, and businesses supporting them to achieve their potential and, as a result, enabled them to excel and deliver growth.

Yes, we’re in the career progression coaching, mentoring and advising business…but even before that we are in the ‘people’ business which means that we have each client’s best interests at heart.
