How is it delivered?

This programme is delivered either online or in person (prices may vary) over a series of 6 x 1 hour executive coaching sessions within a 6 weeks period, with one of our 3 Hats career coaching team.

The Thomas psychometric Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) assessment that you will undertake provides deep insight into your behaviours in a work context and gets underneath the surface in terms of how you like to work and how this might change when you come under pressure. The Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (TEIQ) builds on PPA by providing further rich insight in terms of your emotional intelligence in relation to the general population.

The following areas are typically covered during the coaching, mentoring and advising sessions:

  1. Career goal setting
  2. Personal brand(ing)
  3. CV & LinkedIn review and update
  4. Career transition strategy and tactics
  5. Redundancy career action plan co-created with your coach
  6. Networking for success
  7. Job search and selection including recruiters and headhunting firm
  8. Interview preparation and practice

What will the programme deliver?

Following the conclusion of this programme you will feel relieved that you have a career transition action plan which is co-created with your assigned coach. You will also be confident as you move beyond your previous employer reducing or getting rid of any built-up anxiety you might have felt due to a job loss.
