Our Founder & Managing Director is Simon Bergenroth who for over 20+ years, before moving into coaching, worked in the marketing and communication industry across the private, public and third sector. He has both national and international experience in senior leadership roles. Simon qualified as a Leadership & Executive Coach in 2020 and has since coached over 500 senior executives and director level clients. He holds an ILM Level 7 certificate qualification in coaching and mentoring, is accredited to practitioner level with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and is also accredited to ACC level with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Shamila Mhearban is an experienced Senior Executive Coach and an active member of Forbes Coaches Council.

She has had a distinguished career working with C-suite individuals, leadership teams and NED’s to deliver bespoke coaching outcomes for her clients. Building on her experience as a Director of a successful Management Consultancy, her clients often commend her for her strategic thinking and curious nature.

Her coaching framework and methodology mean that Shamila often draws out insights from her clients that may have been unanticipated at the beginning of the clients coaching journey. It is this process that resonates most impactfully with her clients.

With a potent blend of successful commercial leadership experience and a true passion for coaching, Paul Starbuck brings a uniquely personal expertise to executive coaching, leadership development, team coaching, career transitioning and performance leadership. His natural affinity for coaching and leadership development paved the way for an extraordinary, 35-year-long retail and healthcare leadership career. He started his own leadership journey with Tesco, before moving in later years to Walgreens Boots Alliance and then making the successful transition into executive coaching. Paul is an ICF PCC accredited coach, EMCC senior practitioner and attained the ILM Level 7 Diploma in executive coaching and mentoring qualification.

Lorna Reid is an Executive Coach & Leadership Behaviours specialist, with 20 years in the coaching industry. She has global experience with senior and future leaders, enabling individuals and teams to fulfil their potential in corporate, SMEs and public sector. Originally from a brand communications background working to Director level, she believes in building business through its people and uses a mix of psychology-based tools and leadership models. Lorna holds a Postgraduate in Executive Coaching (2006), trained with Centre for Supervision & Team Development and is an ILM7 tutor/quality assessor with experience of supporting hundreds of executive level coaches.

Yvonne Inglis is a dual practitioner as an EMCC Accredited Coach at Senior Practitioner Level and BACP Accredited Psychotherapist. Yvonne brings with her 30 years of business experience in the financial sector together with 2000+ combined psychotherapy and coaching hours. She is ILM7 qualified in Coaching and Mentoring. Yvonne has coached C-Suite executives globally from many industries and sectors on topics such as Leadership Development and Career Transition. She is an expert in Thomas International profiling and is a member of the BACP Coaching Executive.
