Executive coaching is an 1-2-1 form of professional development designed to help you improve your effectiveness as a leader, manager, or businessperson. It is a collaborative relationship between us and you, designed to leverage your strengths and to increase your overall performance. Through a series of psychometric assessments and targeted strategies, we will help you focus on areas of growth, plan goals and strategies, and create lasting and impactful results.

Coaching sessions last between 60 – 90 minutes with an introductory session focused on client discovery and goal setting. Feedback on your psychometric profiling, which provides a deep insight into your values, beliefs and behaviours is then provided in the second or third session.

All 3Hats… coaches are accredited practitioners of Thomas International profiling and trained in interpretation of psychometric profiling. The online assessment tool only takes around 8 minutes to complete and is included as part of most of our coaching programmes.

Executive mentoring is a professional development strategy designed to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing between two individuals – an executive mentor and a mentee.
