About Simon Bergenroth
I work with senior leaders who have achieved a great deal but are no longer willing to drift into the next chapter by default.
My background combines executive coaching, mentoring, career transition support, psychometrics and commercial marketing. That means our work is not just reflective — it is practical, strategic and market-facing.
I am an ICF Associate Certified Coach, EMCC Practitioner and ILM Level 7 Executive Coach/Mentor, with Thomas International accreditation in behavioural and emotional intelligence profiling.
